    Child's Play Featured In Money Magazine

    The December '98 issue of Money magazine has an article called "Browsing In Toyland". Being compared to "Big Name" web sites like Toys R Us, EToys and FAO Schwarz, Child's Play gets an edge with its "enticing deal" of no shipping charges for orders over $25 (deliveries must be within the continental US).

    Torrance Web has designed their site to be simple and fast to use. Graphics are minimal and the secure automated shopping cart allows you to shop with ease. A site similar to this can be set up for your Torrance business too! A monthly cost of $50 per month covers your secure server and order processing.     New Service For Customers

    I've added a few services to the Torrance Web list. Torrance Web does not need to host your entire web site for you to use these new services. Your existing site can remain where it is, but the files themselves will have to reside on the Torrance Web server.

    New Service For Customers

    Torrance Web has added a new Shopping Cart with Secure Transaction for Child's Play. This type of cart has been used all over the Internet to make on-line purchasing of individual products easy. Please visit this local Torrance web site to see if your business could use a similar Shopping Cart program.


    Survey

    I've redesigned my brief survey. This new procedure uses Java Script and CGI to call up a small browser window where you can vote. The window will then display the current and past results. Previously, no results were made available.
